What's the minimum stop loss I can set? Note that the minimum stop loss you can set on the platform is 5 pips. The system will not allow you to set a tighter stop loss than this.

Can I use Levels with a demo account? After setting up your account, simply click on your profile located at the top right-hand corner and select "Demo". That's it! You can now simulate a challenge without any initial fee. Enjoy!

What are the pip targets for each Level? At the beginning of each Level, traders have the option to select a target between 20 and 200 pips. Their goal is to reach their pip target in order to Level up. However, if they lose half of their target amount, they will be demoted to a lower Level.

From Level 2 and beyond, you can set targets as close as 20 pips; however, this will only leave you with 10 pips to play with. What is a challenge? A challenge is an environment with a collection of positions, or 'trades,' that are opened and closed. The combined profit and loss of these positions (calculated in pips) determines where you are at each Level.

Once a trader has completed level 10, he will be entitled to payouts. No matter what, you can be sure that any profits generated on your challenges will be paid out by us. To fully understand what a challenge is, go to "The Challenge" section in our Gitbook.

Can I carry pips over from one Level to the next? No, the allocation of pips is done on a Level-by-Level basis. Whenever you go up or down a Level, you have the option to select the number of pips for your target (ranging from 20 to 200 pips).

It's important to note that if you have, for instance, 20 pips remaining to reach the next Level and your take profit is set at 40 pips, the trade will be automatically closed once the price reaches those 20 pips required to move up a Level.

What happens after I have passed the required initial challenges? Once you reach Level 10, you will receive an immediate payout to your personal account. From there, the opportunities only get better! You will be offered a job contract with us and will have the chance to continue trading the challenge for additional payouts throughout your career with Levels.

Can I personalize my chart? Absolutely! You have the freedom to customize your charts according to your preferences. If you are already familiar with TradingView, the process is the same. If not, simply right-click on your chart, select "Settings," and you will find a range of options to customize your chart. How many pips do I have available to trade? The number of pips available for trading depends on the target you choose when starting your challenge. For instance, if you select a 200 pips target, you will have 100 pips available for trading. Similarly, if you choose a 100 pips target, you will receive 50 pips to trade with, and so on. Here is an example.

How can I set my SL and TP? You can trade Market and set your SL and TP. You can set a pending position, Limit or Stop, and set your SL and TP.

How fast will I receive my first payout after I sign up? As soon as you pass Level 10, you are entitled to the payout. Every trader takes their own time to pass levels, there is no specific duration. When the moment comes for you to request a payout, a team member will email you to process the payment. You will also be able to check your payout status on your Levels dashboard.

How can I check my trade history? With Levels, you can easily track all of your trades. Simply click on the history button located below your PnL, and you can access all of your trading history.

When do I become a Levels trader? As soon as you sign up, you are officially a Levels Trader.

When you pass Level 10 you are offered an employment contract, which will allow you to work for Levels with incredible advantages and flexibility. Check the contract here.

If I don't pass a challenge, does that affect my future role in the company? We understand that trading can be challenging, so we want to assure you that you will have unlimited attempts to pass a challenge. Passing or failing the challenge will not impact your future role in Levels.

Can I lock in pips? Yes, you can adjust your stop loss to secure some profits, but keep in mind that you cannot move it closer than 5 pips to the actual price. Therefore, if you plan to trail your stop loss, make sure to consider this limitation.

Can I move my stop loss to breakeven? Yes, you can move your stop loss to break even, but only if the price is at least 5 pips away from the entry price.

What happens if I go down a Level? If you lose all your pips available on Level 1, the challenge is over.

But if you were at Level 3, and lost all the pips available, you are now at Level 2.

Can I open multiple positions? Yes, you can have as many positions open as long as the combined stop loss in pips is not greater than the pips you have to risk at that level.

What happens after Level 10? When you reach Level 10, you'll receive a job contract and the payout we offer. The decision to continue trading with us is entirely up to you, but we encourage you to do so as more bonuses will be earned as you progress to Levels 15, 20, and 25 with complete transparency.

How much time do I have to finish my challenge? There's no time limit to finish your challenge, you can take as much time as you need. We want nothing but freedom for you. Can I try Levels for Free? Absolutely! Once you have created your account, you can begin a demo challenge. This option is designed to simulate a paid challenge, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the platform and its features.

How do I delete my account? You can request to delete your account by sending an email to [e-mail]

Do I need a license to trade for LEVELS? No, we handle all the necessary procedures for you. We take care of everything, you just need to focus on pips.

Are there any restricted countries that do not LEVELS accept traders? No, we accept clients from all parts of the world. If you know how to get pips and trade proficiently, that is all we are looking for. There is no other qualification required. Does it matter how many trades it takes to win a Level or lose a Level? No. you can pass a level in one position or it can take as many as needed. There is no limit to how many trades it takes to, you can do it in many trades or few, depending on your style.

Where is Levels Located? We are officeless.

Can I hold trades overnight? Yes, you can. Overnight trading is allowed and positions can be held over the weekend. A trade can stay open as long as it needs to.

How many challenges I can do at the same time? There is no limit on the number of challenges you do. You can have as many ongoing challenges as you like.

Can I trade during macroeconomic events? Fundamental trading is allowed in Levels. Although the trader accepts the risk of high volatility during the news release period.

What's the process for withdrawing the profits made? After a certain level, you will be able to request a payout on a level-basis. Payouts will be processed within 5-6 business days upon approval. Those will be allocated directly to your payment method of preference (bank wire transfer, Paypal or cryptocurrencies). We also encourage you to keep growing profits and build up your profile by unlocking new levels. The higher the level, the bigger the payout!

Can I trade over the weekend? You are welcome to hold trades over the weekends on all challenges. Please be aware of the risks associated with market gaps when trading pairs that do not stay open during the weekend trading hours. It is your job to determine the risks and rewards of holding a position over the weekend, as we do not want to limit a trader's strategy.

Can I trade news during a challenge? You are free to trade any news events during your challenge as long as you are aware of the risks involved.

Can I hold positions overnight? Yes, you are allowed to hold trades overnight.

How many challenges can I pay for at once? As many challenges as you want.
